Questa è Florian Emilio la Fabro! And that’s about all the Italian he knows~! Well, not really. This freshman pledge to kappa iota gamma knows a bit more than that, but he doesn’t ever really use it for anything. After growing up in Padua, Italy, his family relocated to the US for reasons which are even now yet to be elucidated. At 15 this boy had a stroke, but isn’t really much the worse for wear. LCU was a way to escape his family and finally, at 23, stake out some independence for himself. He’s not really sure what the hell he’s doing, but he figures that he’ll find out along the way. He’s too chillaxed about it to care that much. Friends~ Everyone needs ‘em, right? Well, Florian isn’t too stressed. He’s chill with just having acquaintances. This is, after all, a guy who spent the bulk of his teen years in hospitals and stuck at home with his over-protective mother. He is used to being alone and his social life sucking. It’s just the way it is. However, if you’re witty and funny and, most importantly, interesting he will like you and seek you out a bit more. Y’know, try and do that talking and friend making thing! Florian doesn’t know it, but I know that he needs at least one friend to do stupid shit with. Stupid, crazy stuff (WITHOUT ALCOHOL GREASING THE WHEELS) which would even make a drunken daredevil blanch. Aside from that, though, he’s pretty chillax. Enemies~ I can’t really see Florian being the guy to have a lot of these. Not because he’s ~so nice~ and ~everyone will love him~ but more because he’s an innocuous kinda guy. There are, however, probably a few people he has tense acquaintances with. Kinda like ‘I really don’t like you, but I’m a cool person so I’m going to be civil’. Well…if you can call it civil. But y’know, tense conversation taking veiled digs at each other, condescending tones, never any open animosity. And if you tried to call him on it he’d be all ‘what, no, I’m innocent! Just some poor handicapped guy, you’re being prejudiced! 8O’ Lovers~ There is only one: Mr Wynne Evans. Flo had never really thought of himself as a gay man until he met the Kappa president, and even then it took a lot of cajoling from the Irishman to get anything (even a little kiss!). But Florian is happy, no matter what anyone might tell him about Mr Evans being a bad, bad man. They just don't know that Florian is a bad, bad man, too. mikey is a lady killer?! of caution 2.0

KIΓ brothers! i think that's about as much of a connection as these two would have. noah pretty much hates everyone for no reasons in particular. he'd probably find florian too indifferent or something and try to provoke him. even though florian's older, noah would go all bossy on him and try to be le dominant male. i don't know if florian would really respond much to whatever digs noah would make at him though. it could be tense relationship, or florian could just shrug it off which would bother noah even more. so really, it's up to you. they're still brothers in the end so i don't know if it would be hate-hate, but dislike? one-sided on noah's part of mutual, doesn't matter. my plotting is nonsense, so please add/subtract/whatever. thanks!

I think that Flo would mostly be amused by Noah's attempts to dig at him. I also think that, considering that Flo and Wynne are a ~thing~ Noah would be...uh...pretty hostile. xD

I think I can see Noah getting preeeetty frustrated with Flo's apathy towards verbal abuse. it'd be fun
