Cecelia Ava Villeneuve is twenty years old. She was born on July fourteenth. Cecelia is a full time student at LCU, and because of her trust fund, has no need of a real job.
Cecelia is very flashy in her appearance. She is made of money, and she likes to show it. You can usually tell her apart from the crowd simply by the clothes she chooses. They ooze money, and someone would be blind not to see it. It helps to make her feel above it all. Rarely is she seen without a showing of gems, sometimes diamonds, sometimes rubies. Being the classic lady that she is, the only piercing she has is her ears, which are only pierced once on each side.
personality
Stuck Up; Cecelia is from a high class family, and she won’t let anyone forget about it. She only openly associates with people whom she deems are in her own social strata. The people whom she deems are below her, she allows her posse to rip to shreds, taking pleasure in the pain they dish out on her behalf.
Conniving; Cecelia knows just how to maneuver people in order to get them to do her bidding, and she does it well. She finds pleasure in pitting people against one another, when she knows she will not be harmed in the process. She doesn't usually feel remorse for the things that she incites, instead she feels a sense of satisfaction from making people miserable about their lives.
Intelligent; Believe it or not, Cecelia actually does have something going on upstairs other than thinking about the next mixer or bit of drama she can stir up. Every grade that she gets, every paper she writes is entirely her own, and almost entirely good. She feels she owes it to her parents to put forth an effort during the time she has to spend here, after all, she can't have her inheritance until she graduates, and she wouldn't want to lose that.
Whimsical/Indecisive; Cecelia is prone to changing her mind many times over the course of a day. When she makes up her mind to do something, she does it, sometimes redoing it again later in a different way. This sometimes leads her into trouble when she has one of her cronies do something, and then wishes the opposite done. Though most of the time she can fix things the way she wants them to be, her influence is not absolute, and she knows it.
Private; Cecelia finds it hard to trust most people. She confides very rarely in others, and when she does she usually regrets it later. Because of the misfortune in her past, she sometimes takes things harder than she should. Because of her elevated status, most things she does are observed and judged. She finds it hard to show people her innermost thoughts, for fear that she won't measure up to what they expect of her.
Family/History
Cecelia is the only child of the late Mr. and Mrs. Villeneuve. As such, she had grown up in complete comfort, wanting for nothing. As a result, she became spoiled. Everything she wanted was hers for the taking. An attitude of superiority was cultivated, and her parents allowed it, because they too felt superior to others around them. Though many would call her a snob, Cecelia honestly didn't know any better until. Now that her parents have both died in an accident, Cecelia mourns their passing. She takes her grief out on anyone who defies her wishes. Behind her beautiful facade, she is splitting apart at the seams.
